Sales and Business Development Coaching
What Does Sales Coaching Look Like?
Our coaching program lasts a minimum of three months. That's how much time it typically takes to institute new skills and news systems and know that they are "locked in."
Weekly Calls
Each week you speak to your coach for one hour by telephone. In your first conversation, you will start creating a plan that will achieve your goals by the end of the four months. You will look at the resources and skills you have currently and you will look at what resources and skills you will need to obtain to complete the plan.
Each week you will have specific homework items that keep you on your plan.
When you miss a goal, you will examine with your coach what got in the way. Was it ineffective time management? Did one or more conversations not go the way you wanted them to? You'll put in the correction and keep going.
The Quality of the Calls
The conversations are typically insightful and energizing. They are designed to have you see what is in your blind spot.
Your coach is your partner in your success. And at the end of each call, your coach is trained to leave you ready to take on the next challenge.
Who is a Good Candidate for Coaching?
Coaching is not for everyone. You must consider yourself to be coachable. That means that you must be open to trying new things and looking at areas in your business with new and different points of view. You must also be committed to a high level of delivering results — you stand excellence in your work and the work of the people who work for you.
A typical coaching relationship includes five one-hour conversations per month and homework that is assigned and reviewed by email and during the phone conversations.
